The short film database contains information on all the films that were screened at the festival in the last 10 years, plus all the films that were submitted but -for various reasons- were not selected for competition. The short film database contains information on more than 6.000 short films from Belgium and abroad.

By posting this information online, we want to encourage the distribution and promotion of (Flemish) short films. Of course, this list is not complete: there are far more short films produced in Flanders than you will find here. Not every short film director (in Belgium or abroad) sends his/her film to the ISFFL. Still, as far as Flemish short films are concerned, the database is fairly complete.

This database can be browsed in 4 ways: one can look for “Title”, “Name of Director", “Name of Actor / Actress” or "Production" . Leave a field blank and click “Search” and a list of all titles will be generated.
